Terms and Conditions for the 2015 Balmain Wharf Apartments
membership promotion
1. Information
on how to enter and prizes form part of this competition.
2. Entry to the
competition is only open to CLA members or those persons working in legal
practice, business or commerce who join the CLA. Employees of The Commercial Law Association
of Australia, Bannisters or Balmain Wharf Apartments are ineligible.
3. The prizes
are not redeemable for cash or gift vouchers and are not transferable. Entries
close at 6.00pm AEST, 17 September, 2015.
4. Persons
will be eligible to enter the competition by completing a membership
application form. Existing members renewing their membership will also be
eligible. The membership forms will be available on our website for new members
or renewal forms will be mailed to existing members. You can also renew or join
online.
5. Competition commences on 29 April, 2015
and concludes at AEST 6.00pm on Thursday, 17 September, 2015. No entries will
be accepted after this date. The membership renewal and member prize draw is
open to renewing members and new members. New members and renewing members are eligible
for the draw. Prize will be drawn on 18 September, 2015.
6. There is
one prize consisting of a three-night, mid-week stay at the Balmain Wharf
Apartments, 10 Darling Street, Balmain East, NSW 2041. The stay consists of
accommodation in a luxury suite and a three-day parking permist. Total prize
value: $1,600. The prize is not valid during Christmas and New Year holidays
and long weekends.
7. The draw
decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No
responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The
winner agrees to have his/her details used for marketing purposes.
