Introduction

 Most weeks we spend more time with our work colleagues than we do with our partners or family; we've all been thrown together with little more in common than the place we work and yet we need to learn to get along. In most instances this isn't a problem but from time to time issues arise when the behaviour of one or more work colleagues causes problems for those around them. In this webcast we explore different types of "difficult" and what we can do to improve the situation.
